Description and Objectives

Urban Angels is a Social Project developed by the Crossed Waves Initiative to be executed through partnerships with Local Churches with objectives that go from taking youths off of the streets and giving them something to do, to training individuals to offer one-to-one counseling to youngsters on the spot – on the streets – when and where it is needed most.

Together with the social integration of the individual, our realm is to help build faith, hope, and love in the hearts of the local young people in order to motivate them through there personal growth, helping them to be spiritually equipped and live lives pleasing to God.

To be committed to the proposed work, witch is of spiritual nurture, as well as social and humanitarian, takes three things—vision, professionalism, sacrifice, and a heart for God, that is what the Crossed Waves Ministries is about. We are aware that it takes vision knowing that our service and our influence to our young population will make a difference and it takes sacrifice. Our sacrifice will be well worth it as we see what God will be doing in the lives of children we touch. More than any other motive for serving others is the simple fact that God is worthy of our whole lives. (more…)

Children Well-being

We understand that it is the right of every child to have a happy and stable home environment, and the freedom and support to grow up to be the person God intended. In 1989, the United Nations General Assembly recognized the fundamental importance of children by voting the “Convention on the Rights of the Child.” In harmony with many of these lofty principles, and considering the value Jesus placed on children when He said, “Let the children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these” (Matt 19:14) (more…)
